RENTAL DAMAGE POLICY:
The rental equipment has been received in good, working condition and will be returned in the same condition. Customer agrees to pay in full, the replacement cost, including labor for all damages to rental equipment. This includes any equipment/accessories lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair by any persons on customer's property or designated location of event.

RESERVATION/DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customers can make a reservation by texting or calling (725) 525-9878.

50% deposit and signed rental agreement are required at the time of booking.

Remaining 50% balance is due upon the end of reservation.

Method of payment accepted: Online Pay Links, Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle, Cash App.

You may cancel 48 hours before your reservation to receive a refund of your deposit.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are done within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation. 

PRIVACY POLICY:
Greasy Fingers Gaming LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. 

LIABILITY RELEASE (WAIVER):
Parent/legal guardian/party host agrees to a liability release and accepts full responsibility for any accidents or damages on their own property and for all players/guests that will use any of Greasy Fingers Gaming equipment/accessories.

MINOR CHILDREN:
Greasy Fingers Gaming LLC requires a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult to always be present especially around players/guests under the age of 18.

FOOD:
Although it says it on our company name, kindly keep all equipment and accessories of Greasy Fingers Gaming LLC clean and free from dirt/grease/food crumbs. A cleaning fee of $30 will be added to the final bill should the equipment/accessories be left unclean.

PICTURES:
After setting up the rental equipment at the event location, we may take pictures and/or short videos of the setup with celebrant/guests for advertising/marketing purposes. You may let us know upon reservation or prior to the event if you do not want any pictures taken.

DURING THE EVENT:
Greasy Fingers Gaming staff will set up the consoles/equipment/accessories ready for use 15 minutes prior to the reservation start time. Internet connection might be asked, if needed. Consoles/equipment/accessories based on your reservation will be left at the event location during the time of reservation and staff will not be present during your event. However, should you need assistance, please call or text us at (725) 525-9878. 

EQUIPMENT/CONSOLES/GAMES/CONTROLLERS/ACCESSORIES:

All consoles have pre-loaded games. We ask that you leave the consoles, controllers, and accessories in the same condition as it was when delivered to you. Please account for all equipment, controllers, remotes, and accessories and all property of Greasy Fingers Gaming LLC before the end of your reservation. Failure to do so may result to additional fees.

“M” (Mature) rated games are available upon request. Authorization must be provided by the host/parent/adult when making a reservation. Let us know if you have questions or requests at least 48 hours prior to the event.
